After completing his degree, Lauren Lewis returned home to work as a chemist helping to protect First Foods - critical natural resources that have supported his people for thousands of years. While exploring undergraduate research opportunities, he connected with AgSci Executive Associate Dean Staci Simonich, who has worked with CTUIR for two decades on issues related to environmental pollutants and air quality.
