Melty, crumbly, creamy, and delicious: Today we’re learning all about CHEESE! OSU’s resident “Dairy Fairy” Robin Frojen, manager of the OSU Creamery, takes us behind the scenes to show how Beaver Classic and the Creamery’s many other wares are made, right here on campus. And if this video makes you hungry, you can buy Beaver Classic cheese at Market of Choice, at the Corvallis farmers market, online or at the Creamery itself on open days.
