OSU's College of Agricultural Sciences has helped create more than 40 varieties of potatoes, Including the TerraRossa — a PINK potato! Students working with the Beaver Classic program transformed those potatoes to tasty pink potato chips. Packaging and distributing them to raise awareness for breast cancer. 500 bags of chips were packed and shared with students and others on campus and around the state. Just another example of innovative Beavs giving back!
