Importance of Recruitment

Referrals are an effective way to recruit new members. No one can identify a potential AGR better than an AGR. Alumni referrals are a crucial part of the Alpha Beta recruitment process. You can start by connecting potential new members with the current members of the chapter so they can learn more about the fraternity. It is helpful to consider young men that are a part of local high school organizations such as FFA or 4-H, or other student organizations such as church groups, sports, or student body. If you know of someone considering Oregon State University, or even a younger high school student that would be a good fit for AGR, reach out to our recruitment chair Parker Young at 541-515-4428.
