Can Aardvark Poop Predict Climate Change?


Oregon State University researchers delved into uncharted territory, spending months in sub-Saharan Africa collecting aardvark poop to shed light on the little-studied species and its response to climate change. In this study, they uncovered that aridification of the landscape is isolating aardvarks, potentially threatening their long-term survival.
