The Alumni Recruitment Mentor serves as a guide and supports the Vice Noble Ruler-Membership Recruitment resulting in an effective recruitment program for the chapter. Through ongoing advice and counsel, the partnership creates an organized and sustained emphasis on effective recruitment including training, communications, and securing alumni recruitment involvement and support.
