Leadership Rooted in Character


Alpha Gamma Rho has always believed leadership is earned through actions, not titles. As early leaders of the Fraternity expressed, the goal was never recognition for the name alone, but respect earned through character and integrity.

Brothers are encouraged to lead not because they belong to AGR, but because they embody its values.
